Returns are accepted for defective items only, Magpie Models Horses cannot be held responsible for damages caused during transit. Such damage must be claimed by the recipient through the shipping provider.

For defective items, we require pictures of the item(s) and packaging before a return will be accepted. If, upon assessment, Magpie Model Horses validates a return, the cost of return postage and the original price of the item(s), less initial postage costs, will be refunded upon receipt of said item(s).
